Q : As a doctor, many pharmaceutical company visits us daily. They provide many gifts item and drug samples which are called “physician sample”and marked as “not for sale”. I refused to take gifts item as it is a bribe.However, drug samples are accepting as I provide these free drug samples to poor patient, relatives, employees who are working in my organization andsome times my family members use it if necessary. However, although I distribute them where possible, a great number of samples remain to me whichmost often expire the date. Hence I have decided to sell them to a market at a lowest price (50% of actual price). Is it halal to sell the physiciansamples and use the money for myself or donate? Kindly help me.
